Why watch the movie The Eyes of My Mother?
"This disturbing independent horror movie gave special attention to Portuguese actress Kika Magalhães, who was entrusted with playing the frightening protagonist -- a woman steeped in longings and frustrations from the past. With its distinctive black and white cinematography, it's one of those movies that stays in your mind long after it's over. It was part of the selection at the Sundance Film Festival."
