Why watch the movie The Most Assassinated Woman in the World?
"Before TV and even before the cinema, Grand Guignol was the great stage for terror displays in Paris. One of the great actresses of the house was Paula Maxa, who performed scenes in which she was killed in the most diverse ways every day - earning the title of "The Most Assassinated Woman in the World" after "dying" more than 30 thousand times. In this Netflix movie we have more of Paula's dramas outside the stages than her bloody performances, in an interesting portrait of an era of art."
