Why watch the movie The Queen of Spain?
"With the peculiar Spanish humor, this comedy is a metalinguistic view of cinema in the Iberian Peninsula, making fun of the mistakes and successes of local productions in the 1950s, during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco. Penélope Cruz stands out, as she is the energy of the feature film."
