Why watch the movie Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase?
"Nancy Drew has been a part of American pop culture since the 1930s, based on books that served as the female counterpart to the 'Hardy Boys' series, with stories of investigation and mystery for young audiences. There have been countless adaptations of the stories to other media, including film (as early as 1938) and TV. Now, Nancy returns in a movie that updates the concepts from her second book, 'Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase'. Even though the script is lacking, as well as the production quality, the feature surely delights its primary audience: kids."
