An interview that was recorded in November 2007 during an Olmi trip to Barcelona, on the occasion of the presentation at the Filmoteca de Catalunya of his film "Centochiodi". For nearly an hour, the Italian filmmaker talks about his humble origins, his family farmer, his Christian convictions, the value of scarcity while shooting a movie or their links with other eminent filmmakers of its generation such as Rossellini or Pasolini.
