This story not only happened, but is portrayed in the documentary 'Three Identical Strangers'. The result won the Special Jury Prize for Best Documentary Screenplay at the Sundance Film Festival, in a plot that manages to be, at the same time, emotional, dark and full of suspense. Maybe there is a lack of a deeper dive into the psychological profile of each of the brothers, but nothing that takes away the shine (including journalistic) of this account."
