Why watch the movie Strong Island?
"This original Netflix documentary, which passed through the Berlin and Sundance Festivals, uses the tragedy of the director's brother, killed by white police officers, in a sad account of prejudice in the US. A young life lost, and even more suffering brought upon the deceased by the police officers investigating their own killing. A hard, sad, and, unfortunately, still necessary film."
