Why watch the movie Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling?
""Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling" was one of the great animations of the 1990s, with a more adult humor and precursor to the success of "SpongeBob SquarePants". Almost 23 years after its cancellation, the character returns in a mix of nostalgia and criticism of the 1990s revival in popular culture. If you watched the original production, you will certainly have many laughs with the new short film."
