The Game Changers

"Athletes need to consume protein - in some cases and activities, this consumption needs to be in large quantities. Until now, this has been one of the great myths of nutrition. 'The Game Changer' investigates just that, interviewing experts and athletes (including names like Lewis Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger). With executive production by James Cameron and Schwarzenegger himself, the documentary focuses more on physical and health gains with a vegan diet, although it leaves aside a bit the environmental point of the question."
