One hint, 6 chances, and a new movie to guess every day
Fifty years later, the documentary aims to narrate Joseph Losey's "Boom!"'adventure by rediscovering the forgotten and hidden pieces of that puzzle, through the witness accounts of the cast's survivors. Its goal is also to discuss with film critics and scholars about Losey's cinema and the reason why the film was immediately forgotten and, today, partly revalued by the critic. The documentary weaves the memories and anecdotes of the local population - that was hired to work at various tasks on the set -, putting at its center the cultural and psychological short circuit caused by the people's contact with the Hollywood machine and the physical presence of two great stars. In the background, but with a leading role, the location: the authors will return to the impervious and beautiful cliff of Capo Caccia where the film was shot and where the main character's villa was built.
