"Despite sounding cliché, love triangles can yield funny stories - and this is the case with 'Holly Slept Over', but with an LGBT+ twist. The direction is from newcomer Joshua Friedlander, who manages to hold his own and deliver a solid work. The performances are good, with special mention for the presence of Nathalie Emmanuel (Ramsey from the 'Fast & Furious' franchise and Missandei from 'Game of Thrones'), Josh Lawson ('The Scandal') and Britt Lower ('Man Seeking Woman'). Some laughs are guaranteed."
