Drag queen Trixie Mattel's rise to fame after winning RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.
Trailer
Why watch the movie Trixie Mattel: Moving Parts?
"Since winning the reality show 'RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars', a spin-off of the acclaimed and long-running program 'RuPaul's Drag Race', drag queen Trixie Mattel has seen her fame grow in different fronts, including launching makeup brands to even television series, as well as turbocharging her musical career. 'Trixie Mattel: Moving Parts' is one of those documentaries that expose that not everything is rosy when it comes to success and fame, which is usually full of highs and lows. The film shines precisely for the empathy with which it interprets its main star (and its famous collaborator, also drag queen Katya Zamolodchikova), with a soundtrack composed and performed by her."
