Joe Fafard is a sculptor living in the small town of Pense in rural Saskatchwan. There is isn't much in Pense except for about 300 people and a lot of cows. Joe does small sculptures of the town's human and bovine residents, which have been exhibited and acclaimed in various places around the world.
