Why watch the movie Rumours?
"Rumours is an eccentric and sharp horror-comedy aptly described by some as "Night of the Living Dead meets Dr. Strangelove." The plot is set during a G7 summit, where the world leaders are trying to resolve an unspecified crisis. However, while trapped in the fog of a forest overnight, they are pursued by what appear to be zombies, among other bizarre events. Featuring a phenomenal cast led by talents like Cate Blanchett, Charles Dance, and Alicia Vikander, the film satirizes the political absurdities of the world’s great powers through increasingly surreal situations that feel straight out of a 50's B-movie. An unusual proposition, for sure, but if you’re looking for something daring and out of the ordinary, you’ll love it."
