It's finally time to stream 'Sleepy Hollow'

The leaves are falling, the air is crisp, and Halloween is just around the corner. The time has come for my favorite Spooky Season movie tradition! The days are ticking off until Halloween, and now that we’re less than two weeks away, I am officially diving into Spooky Season. It’s time to decorate the house and yard for trick-or-treaters, and to start pricing candy at local stores — though not to buy any, lest it all “mysteriously disappear” before it’s needed. It also means I can start returning to my favorite Halloween-themed movies and TV shows, and the first one I always like to turn on is “Sleepy Hollow.

Paul Bettany Says He Hasn’t Spoken to Johnny Depp Since Libel Trial Texts Went Public

Paul Bettany says he had not spoken to Johnny Depp for years before their private text messages surfaced in a London courtroom, and the two have not spoken since. The British actor made the remarks in an interview with The Times, reflecting on the 2020 libel trial in which his 2013 and 2014 exchanges with Depp became public record. “I hadn’t spoken to Johnny in years when that happened and I haven’t spoken to him since,” Bettany said. He called the experience “embarrassing” and “very surreal,” and said the oddest part was being cast as a close friend of a man he had lost touch with. Lawyers read the messages aloud

Paul Bettany Says He and Johnny Depp ‘Hadn’t Spoken’ in Years When Their Texts Were Read During Libel Trial: ‘I Was Being Painted As This Close Friend’

Paul Bettany opened up in a recent interview with The Times about the public’s misconception of his relationship with Johnny Depp after text messages between the two actors were used in court during Depp’s libel lawsuit against The Sun. “I hadn’t spoken to Johnny in years when that happened and I haven’t spoken to him since. I was being painted as this close friend of a guy I hadn’t spoken to in years and, honestly, amid all the shit two celebrities threw at each other, that bit was the most odd,” Paul told the publication. “So I decided to say nothing because, I think, people know me,” he continued. “I’ve been married 23 years and, for what I do, I live an incredibly quiet life. Everybody kind of thought this is probably a nothing burger – and left it alone.” In 2013, a controversial text exchange between

How ‘VisionQuest’ Fits Into Marvel’s Road to ‘Avengers: Doomsday’

‘VisionQuest’ arrived on Disney+ with a two episode premiere, and the series occupies a distinctive place on the Marvel calendar. The studio has positioned it as the final live action Marvel series before ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, which makes every detail around it worth examining. That placement raises an obvious question about how much ‘VisionQuest’ will matter to the film that follows. Marvel has not answered it directly, but cast comments, studio descriptions and early reception together paint a fairly clear picture of where Vision stands as the story moves toward the next Avengers chapter. Where ‘VisionQuest’ Sits in the Marvel Release Calendar The series runs for eight episodes, with releases spread

What the Early Episodes of ‘VisionQuest’ Suggest About Its Central Characters

‘VisionQuest’ ends a trilogy that began with ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Agatha All Along’, and it finds Paul Bettany’s android questioning who he is. The series follows the rebuilt White Vision, who took on the memories of the version Wanda Maximoff created before flying off to parts unknown. Marvel has been selective about what it confirms, which has left plenty of room for ‘VisionQuest’ character theories. Much of the conversation centers on a young man named Thomas Shepherd, on Billy Maximoff, and on whether Wanda will appear at all. Here is what the reporting supports so far and what remains rumor. Paul Bettany Says He Was Misrepresented as Johnny Depp’s ‘Close Friend’ During Amber Heard Trial: ‘Haven’t Spoken to Him Since’

As Paul Bettany brings the “WandaVision” trilogy to a close in “VisionQuest,” the longtime Marvel Cinematic Universe star has responded to a past controversy involving the trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Bettany, who was caught in a text exchange with the former “Pirates of the Caribbean” star during Depp’s 2020 libel case against The Sun, spoke to The Times about his career Thursday following the premiere of “VisionQuest.” In the interview, Bettany sought to distance himself from Depp, claiming he had been misrepresented as a close acquaintance of his “The Tourist,” “Transcendence” and “Mortdecai” co-star. “It was a very interesting time,” Bettany said. “I hadn’t spoken to
