Why watch this film?

The movie '2001: A Space Odyssey' was so successful in its realization - either for the story or for the spectacular special effects for its time when it was released - that it ended up generating a series of conspiracy theories. The most famous is that director Stanley Kubrick was responsible for falsifying the landing of man on the Moon. In 'Moonwalkers', the viewer is invited to embark on this theory in a story full of well-crafted jokes and a delicious sixties atmosphere. With Ron Perlman ('Hellboy') and Rupert Grint ('Ron from Harry Potter'), the feature film awakens an atypical good humor when talking about the challenges of creating and recreating the arrival on the Moon. It is to surf on the psychedelic hallucination of first-time director Antoine Bardou-Jacquet, who discovered how few know how to deal with the absurdities and deliriums of this conspiracy theory that has already survived for decades.
