Why watch this film?

Movies about robberies have become one of the pillars of action cinema. Art thefts, then, have ended up becoming a gold mine in theaters when talking about common goods and ingenuity so that the work could be replicated to exhaustion. This is the case, for example, of the Italian 'The Stolen Caravaggio' and the great 'Stealing is an Art'. But one of the most fun examples is 'The Burnt Orange Heresy', a suspense comedy that tells the story of an art critic who gets involved in a confusing and clumsy painting theft. With a funny participation from star Mick Jagger, the film plays with the limits of art with a plot that knows its objectives. Special mention for the direction of Giuseppe Capotondi (from the good 'The Double Hour'), who knows how to control all the extravagances of the feature film.
