When a proposed pipeline creates hostilities between residents of a small town, a newly-arrived forest ranger must keep the peace after a snowstorm confines the townspeople to an old lodge. But when a mysterious creature begins terrorizing the group, their worst tendencies and prejudices rise to the surface, and it is up to the ranger to keep the residents alive, both from each other and the monster which plagues them.
"A sharp-witted comedy with werewolves? How could that be bad? Just surrender to the tongue-in-cheek universe of 'Werewolves Within' and enjoy the ride. Sam Richardson ('Good Boys') and Milana Vayntrub (from the series 'This Is Us') are the stars of the story, about a group of werewolves attacking a small town, and their chemistry is great. The movie yields plenty of laughs, some tense moments and scares. In other words, a good formula for entertainment. Of course it's not a perfect feature, but that's not a problem. It's a classic 'Afternoon Movie', reminiscent of the fun and unpretentious films that used to air on TV back in the 1990s."
