Why watch this film?
If you like emotional movies but still sweet, 'Ride The Eagle' is a good option. Directed by series director Trent O'Donnell, who also signs the script alongside the protagonist Jake Johnson, the feature film tells the story of Leif (Johnson), a man who has a series of tasks to be fulfilled to receive his mother's inheritance. Fun and exciting in equal measures, 'Ride The Eagle' is one of those movies that we know the ending (and the message that the story wants to convey) with less than 20 minutes of projection - perhaps even knowing everything just from the synopsis. However, the comfortable direction and the good performance of the cast (which also features J.K. Simmons) make the whole experience light and even memorable.
