With the same meticulousness for fabrics and scissors of the titular character - brilliantly portrayed by Mark Rylance - Graham Moore (Oscar-winning screenwriter for 'The Imitation Game') executes his feature film debut as a director, 'The Outfit'. The story, set in 1950s Chicago, follows an old tailor who tolerates the local mafia's gathering in his workshop, since they are his best customers. However, when two of them arrive at the place seeking refuge and involve him in an intrigue with the rival organization, the relationship starts to get tense. It is a modest and elegant thriller - in the double sense of the expression - that takes place in a single location with a cadenced rhythm, without wasting shots or cuts, and with excellent performances from a cast that, besides Rylance, includes Zoey Deutch ('Fake Influencer') and Dylan O'Brien ('Maze Runner').

Plot summary
Leonard (Mark Rylance), a master English tailor who's ended up in Chicago, operates a corner tailor shop with his assistant (Zoey Deutch) where he makes beautiful clothes for the only people around who can afford them: a family of vicious gangsters. One night, two killers (Dylan O'Brien, Johnny Flynn) knock on his door in need of a favor - And Leonard is thrust onto the board in a deadly game of deception and murder.

However, don't expect a production as weak as the previous film: with the success of the first installment at the box office, the production had more money to invest, and thus Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 manages to be more realistic, violent, and impressive compared to the first film. The characters' masks are much scarier, and it ceases to be a complete joke. It's still difficult to take the film entirely seriously, especially with this bizarre premise of Pooh and his friends seeking bloody revenge, but you can already feel more fear and, above all, immerse yourself in the wave of violence that the film promotes.
