Why watch this film?
Due to its climate, the second feature film directed by Casey Affleck ('Manchester by the Sea') will certainly remind you of the apocalyptic movie 'The Road' or the drama of 'No Trace', although thematically it is much more similar to 'Buy Me a Gun', because it presents us with a world in which women fight against everything and everyone. The pace of the narrative in 'Light of My Life' may test your patience more than once, but its deeply human and complex story makes the journey from beginning to end worth it.

The characters' masks are much scarier, and it ceases to be a complete joke. It's still difficult to take the film entirely seriously, especially with this bizarre premise of Pooh and his friends seeking bloody revenge, but you can already feel more fear and, above all, immerse yourself in the wave of violence that the film promotes.
