'Closer' follows a similar line, as it brings together four radically different characters (magnificently portrayed by Julia Roberts, Clive Owen, Natalie Portman and Jude Law) who try to fill their voids together, discovering unpleasant truths along the way. The movie earned Golden Globe awards for Portman and Owen for their performances, and both were even nominated for Oscars."
