In 'The Guard of Auschwitz', the filmmaker spoke about the famous concentration camp from the perspective of a Nazi guard. In 'The Angel of Auschwitz', the director went into the realm of fantasy by talking about how a death angel was confronted by the angel of life. Now, in 'The Escape from Auschwitz', Coker delves into the fictional story of a man struggling to escape death in the Nazi concentration camp. For most of the specialized critics and the audience, this is already one of the worst films of 2020 -- it's no wonder, after all, the very low rating on IMDb. The actors are bad, the sets are precarious, and the whole story doesn't make much sense. But for those who want a production about Nazism and World War II that breaks away from the standards and fits something outside the US mainstream, they can find here a space to travel and seek new perspectives. Is it bad? Without a doubt. But maybe it's good to embark on this independent and low-cost view of the greatest conflict in history."
