Atsuhiko Kono (Ryoma Baba) used to take part in the Summer Olympics for the Japanese national soccer team. But, he is now 31-years-old and past his prime. He is kicked off the best team and goes back to his old team, which is the weakest team. The team's management wants to push Atsuhiko's past glory for publicity and team players give him the cold stare. Despite all of this, Atsuhiko keeps practicing in stony silence .
