In SHADOW FORCE, Kyrah (Washington) and Isaac (Sy) were once the leaders of a multinational special forces group called Shadow Force. They broke the rules by falling in love, and in order to protect their son, they go underground. With a large bounty on their heads, and the vengeful Shadow Force hot on their trail, one family's fight becomes all-out war.
"Shadow Force is another one of those action movies about retired secret agents or mercenaries who form a family or couple and are pursued for their past actions. The plot is identical here: Omar Sy and Kerry Washington play a pair of agents who were part of a special forces team, fell in love, escaped, and started a family, only to be pursued by their former employer (Mark Strong as the villain, as usual) and wage a war against him. It's a familiar and generic plot, but if you're looking for light entertainment with charismatic performances from the lead duo, you'll enjoy it."
