Why watch the movie Immortals?
"Inmortales (Immortals) is a mythological fantasy epic that relies on grandiose battles, stylized aesthetics, and a powerful cast to tell a classic tale of heroism. Here, we follow Theseus, played by Henry Cavill before he became the big-screen Superman, chosen by Zeus to thwart the destructive plans of King Hyperion, played with intensity by Mickey Rourke. Rounding out the cast is the always-stellar John Hurt, who lends dramatic weight to the narrative. Directed by Tarsem Singh, the film impresses with its striking visuals and stylized action scenes, reminiscent of Greek mythology with a modern twist. A real treat for those who enjoy fantasy, gods, heroes, and epic battles."
