Why watch the movie Texas Chainsaw?
"Texas Chainsaw 3D (or simply Texas Chainsaw) is a slasher horror film that, despite being the seventh installment in the franchise, actually serves as a direct sequel to the original The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (similar to today’s legacy sequels). The story follows a young woman (Alexandra Daddario) who, after discovering she is adopted, inherits a house in a remote area of Texas. When she investigates with her friends, they end up facing the killer Leatherface. While not a particularly original sequel and full of slasher clichés, the film deserves credit for boldly reimagining the Sawyer family’s background and framing the iconic serial killer as a kind of antihero. This is a movie that fans of the franchise will enjoy the most."
