Why watch the movie Happy-Go-Lucky?
"Happy Go-Lucky is a film by director Mike Leigh (Vera Drake) that you should watch if you’re feeling down. The story follows a teacher (Sally Hawkins, in the role that made her a star), an eternal optimist who doesn’t falter despite the most cynical opinions of the world, and who begins a romance with a social worker. Partially improvised, it’s a charming feel-good movie that will lift anyone’s spirits, featuring one of the best performances by the great Sally Hawkins."
