Why watch the movie Kill the Messenger?
"Despite 'Spotlight' winning the Oscar, the crown for the most provocative movie about journalism in the 2010s goes to 'Kill the Messenger'. Starring Jeremy Renner (the Hawkeye from 'Avengers: Endgame'), the feature film tells the story of an investigative journalist who discovers government corruption. However, even with so much important information, the journalist ends up facing a series of challenges and barriers on the way to disseminating the information. An important movie that helps show an "other side" of journalism that is never revealed in detail on the big screen."
