Why watch the movie Citation?
"Rape culture has never been discussed as much as in recent years - which has caught the attention of the media, which has given more space to the topic in series and films. 'Citation' is a Nigerian production based on facts that puts this discussion in vogue in a different culture than ours. Even so, it ends up being a reflection of how much society has evolved, women still face the same problems and their voices are always overshadowed by a man. The movie is extremely relevant and there is an uneasiness as the plot unfolds. It's as if the director was calling you to fight against the abuses suffered by women all over the world."
