Why watch the movie Togo?
"Based on the story of Leonhard Seppala and his sled dog, Togo, who helped contain a diphtheria epidemic in Alaska by transporting the cure, 'Togo' is a historical adventure drama starring the great Willem Dafoe ('The Lighthouse') and Julianne Nicholson ('I, Tonya'), along with the lovable dog Diesel in the title role. Staying within conventions, it is a familiar tale of overcoming and perseverance, with healthy doses of visual spectacle and performances, which combined make for an exciting and moving film."
