But 'Unhinged', starring Russell Crowe ('Gladiator'), breaks all those rules of psychopath movies. Here, director Derrick Borte ('American Dreamer') dives into the story of a psychopath (Crowe) involved in a traffic dispute. That's right. In 'Unhinged', the criminal chooses his victims from everyday tensions, like those arguments that happen at a red light. The pace of the movie is intense, with some breath-holding moments. Highlight for Crowe, absolutely unrecognizable, and for Caren Pistorius ('No Man's Land'), the psychopath's victim of the day. Fun and scary in equal measures, 'Unhinged' is a good pastime - and, who knows, it may make you think twice before fighting in traffic."
