Why watch the movie Valley Of Souls?
"This is the first feature film of Colombian director Nicolás Rincón Gille, a documentary filmmaker. 'Tantas Almas' deals with the open wounds of the prolonged civil war in Colombia, with an intentionally meditative rhythm and a narration that visually constantly resorts to the point of view of its protagonist, all to emphasize his fear and despair without falling into emotional excesses. A powerful proposal of recent Colombian cinema, which deserves a place alongside others such as 'Pássaros de Verão'."
