Why watch the movie Murder by the Coast?
""The Case of Wanninkhof-Carabantes" is a documentary that follows the Netflix formula of exclusive films about real crimes, such as "Scenes of a Homicide" or "The Gabriel Fernandez Case". Here, we dive into the crime that victimized Rocío Wanninkhof, a mysterious young teenager. Quickly, Dolores Vázquez, the mother's former partner, comes under police scrutiny. So, more than 20 years later, Netflix seeks details of the crime to understand what really happened to Wanninkhof. Despite not innovating anything from what it has done in other documentaries of the same type, the feature film should work for those looking for new shocking and real criminal stories."
