Gutjuk teams up with ex-sniper Travis to track down the most dangerous warrior in the Territory, who is also his uncle. Although stumbling upon a story of "white savior," the filmmaker knows how to blend the roots of Australia with good cinema, which is no less than what we see in the genre in the United States. Good performances and visuals, in particular, stand out. And 'High Ground' becomes, in addition to a good drama with hints of thriller and adventure, a good dive into the history of the Oceanian country."
