Little Q

"Chinese movie with all the looks of Hallmark productions, 'Xiao Q' is one of those typical productions with dogs that wants to make you cry -- in the style of 'Marley & Me', 'Always by Your Side' and the like. After all, the feature film tells the story of a blind man who, despite being contrary, accepts the help of a guide dog called Q. A Labrador. From then on, they will strengthen ties as the protagonist of the film understands better the love of these little ones. Although most of the human performances leave something to be desired, the protagonist Simon Yam fits well as this blind man in transformation, while the dog that plays Q shows a rare training to see in the cinemas. It's beautiful, though a bit too forced in some moments. But it's worth it for the inspiring story for those who like to cry thinking of their best friend."
