"Fun and carefree, 'An Unbreakable Couple' is one of those national comedies without great ambitions: it doesn't want to revolutionize the genre, nor does it embark on miraculous ideas. After all, here director Sérgio Goldenberg explores the lightness and comedy of situations to tell the story of a couple (Nathalia Dill and Marcos Veras) who, after a good period in their lives, end up separating. He marries a colleague (Dani Suzuki), while the ex-wife follows her independent life. However, behind it are the best characters in the plot: the parents of Nathalia Dill's character, played very well by Totia Meirelles and Stepan Nercessian, who do not accept the end of the relationship. From there, the audience has fun with all these comings and goings, with absurd situations that unfold with a lot of good humor on the screen. As said, it does not reinvent the wheel. But it serves as a nice pastime for an end of night. Oh, and it is worth highlighting the excellent soundtrack of the production, from Martinho da Vila, passing through Arnaldo Antunes and even Karol Conká. Hard not to hum a song in the movie."
