"From the mind of Neill Blomkamp, of 'District 9' and 'Chappie', this horror movie tells the story of a young woman who must face demonic forces that have been unleashed due to an ancient feud involving a mother and her daughter. It's incredible how productions with demons usually bring family dramas as a backdrop. The supernatural side is already complicated, when family issues come into play then the situation only worsens. 'Demonic' is a well-thought-out horror and manages to be original within the arc of generic feature films that we already know. The narrative may not please many people, but it will certainly bring good entertainment to genre fans. Blomkamp's productions are usually at least interesting."
