A young American nurse finds herself haunted by childhood trauma, when she is employed at a remote house to care for a sinister old psychic.
"Directed by Colombian David Bohorquez, 'Diavlo' is a supernatural horror offering set in 1974 and with a Gothic atmosphere. The story follows a young nurse who is hired by a woman to care for her elderly father, to whose world she soon finds herself dragged, and in which she has to fight for her life upon discovering that the family descends from an ancient race of predators. The script is somewhat lacking, but for those looking for a conventional horror production, it may prove satisfactory."
