Why watch the movie The Wave?
"In 1967, a high school teacher from California attempted to explain to his students how the Germans in the 1930s could accept the Nazi regime. To do this, he constructed an experiment called "The Third Wave," which would demonstrate the appeal of Nazism. The project became famous in socio-politics, inspiring the book 'The Wave' and, decades later, the movie of the same name. In the cinematic version, the experiment is transplanted to Germany, giving the film even more weight to what is seen on screen. It is certainly a production that explains much of the current world."
