Why watch the movie Across the Waters?
"A touching story based on true events depicting a horrifying part of Denmark's history during the Nazi occupation of Europe in World War II. Over seven thousand Jews from Denmark managed to escape to Sweden - a neutral country at the time. Still, it is an emotionally stirring adventure due to the resistance put up by the Danes. The actors give their all and the movie is pure emotion. Recommended for those who want to discover more about a tragic moment in world history."
