"The Visitor is controversial filmmaker Bruce LaBruce's version of Pasolini's classic Theorem. Here, the Canadian uses a good dose of sex and explicit scenes to talk about immigration and the sexualization of bodies, in a story about an enigmatic visitor who introduces himself to an upper-class bourgeois family and is invited to live with them as an employee. It's a strong film -- if you have a weak stomach or sensitivity, better skip it. But it shows a little of Bruce LaBruce's artistic vision of the world, breaking barriers and provoking conflicting feelings in the public."
