This film address the issues that every American from every walk of life experience: suicide, depression, and loss of loved one or child.The House of Sand is an organization designed to facilitate those whom have suffered the loss of loved ones or have gone through some life-changing traumatic experience. Jordan's wife died from an unknown illness. She was consumed by the darkness as her beauty faded away. Donovan the group's counselor is responsible for the group's meetings and discussion topics... London, one of the group members, through her self-exploration discovers that her help comes from within. While Donovan is of no help to the group, as he suffers from his own eternal torture being consumed daily by the pressure of his own pain.... he soon forgets about the one who loves him most, his daughter.
