"After several movies establishing Marvel's superheroes in the cinemas, the studio gathered its heavy hitters - Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man and Thor - along with the newcomers Black Widow and Hawkeye to build a movie that made history in cinemas. After all, it was the first full-length feature film of a superhero team. In the story, the group joins forces to face Loki, Thor's brother, who has a plan to conquer Earth alongside the alien race known as Chitauri. A fun movie, with lots of action, and with competent direction from Joss Whedon as one of its assets."
