Why watch the movie Marshall?
"A hard-hitting, realistic film about Thurgood Marshall, the first African American on the US Supreme Court and responsible for the victory that framed racial segregation in schools across the country as a crime. However, in this movie, actor Chadwick Boseman portrays Marshall years before these accomplishments, when he was just a lawyer defending African Americans wrongfully accused of crimes. The result is a hard-hitting, realistic, and necessary film - which was Oscar-nominated for Best Original Song, penned by rapper Common and Diane Warren."
