This adaptation takes the DC Comics' character Bobby Barnes (originally created by Phil Jimenez in Wonder Woman Vol.2, Issue #188), imagines him for television's silver screen, and gives him and mission and powers to become "A New Hero" called WonderBoy who's strength is his compassion. The short features a powerful song by Justin Renaissance (sung by Louis Trenta) called "A New Hero".
