Hedi must choose between tradition and love in Tunisia.
Trailer
Why watch the movie Hedi?
"This is the movie about Hedi, a man torn between his mother’s wishes, who arranged a marriage for him, and the love he has for another woman. It's a classic dilemma between tradition and freedom, but that here arises within a culture little known to us, that of Tunisia. The result pleased the Europeans, with 'A Amante' winning the award for Best First Feature Film and the Silver Lion for Best Actor at the Berlin Festival."
