It happens to everyone not to run away. The ordinary world, like the ones we like to hear sing. Despite our applause and all the love we give them, there are artists who suffer in silence. Who can't find light when the lights go out. Safia Nolin, Laurence Jalbert and Steve Veilleux from the Kaïn group chose to tell us their story, their dark periods. With David Goudreault, who himself fights his anxiety and addictions, we find solutions to mental health issues, both in the singing world and in our homes.
