Why watch the movie Adrift?
"A movie based on a true story, set in the early 1980s, about a seasoned couple of sailors who decide to take a trip from San Diego to Tahiti—only to be surprised by a devastating hurricane. Thus, we can split the feature into two main segments: the first one being a beautiful love story, and the second being about surviving the disaster. An emotionally stirring drama, especially through Shailene Woodley's (The Fault in Our Stars and Divergent series) performance."
