There are times you plan some grand things and there are times when you endeavor to improvise and make something from the heart. We were stranded due to the Corona virus situation, isolated and held behind closed doors. Then we thought of doing a short flick. The whole team was scattered across the globe, stranded at their respective homes. The short film is about a man who has traveled to Dubai to meet his wife and newborn baby. But due to Covid protocols and precautions he is held in quarantine. An emotionally vulnerable wife calls up her husband, distraught over having to wait so long to meet him, while he tries to console and emphasise on how waiting for something makes the reunion all the more endearing and memorable.
